Effective Date: December 1, 2025
These Program Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Coins Online Stack and Ship Program. By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. These Program Terms apply separately from and in addition to Coins Onlineās standard Order Policies and Procedures.
Section 1: Program Structure, Store Credit, and Legal Nature
The Coins Online Stack and Ship Program is a purchasing convenience program that allows clients to make recurring monetary contributions toward future product purchases offered by Coins Online. Contributions accumulate as Coins Online store credit until the total amount is sufficient to complete the purchase of a selected product, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, at which point the purchase is automatically executed and fulfilled. The Program is designed solely to facilitate future product purchases and is not a financial product or service.
All funds contributed to the Program are issued exclusively as Coins Online store credit. Store credit has no cash value and is not legal tender. Store credit is not redeemable for cash, refundable, transferable, assignable, or exchangeable under any circumstances. Store credit may only be used to purchase eligible products offered by Coins Online. Unused store credit does not expire unless required by applicable law.
Coins Online is not a bank, credit union, trust company, investment company, money services business, or financial institution. Participation in the Program does not create a deposit account, custodial account, escrow arrangement, savings account, fiduciary relationship, or advisory relationship of any kind. Funds contributed to the Program do not earn interest, dividends, or appreciation. Coins Online does not hold funds for safekeeping and does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice.
If a Program account shows no activity for an extended period, Coins Online may classify the account as inactive. Store credit associated with inactive accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable unclaimed property and abandoned property laws. Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information to receive any required notices.
Section 2: Contributions, Purchases, Pricing, and Fulfillment
To participate in the Program, clients must authorize recurring charges to an approved payment method in the selected amount and frequency. By enrolling, the client authorizes Coins Online to process recurring payments until the Program is modified or canceled. Coins Online may suspend or terminate participation for failed payments, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or violations of these terms.
Each successful contribution increases the clientās store credit balance. Store credit is applied toward the total purchase cost of the selected product, including product price, applicable taxes, shipping, insurance, and handling. Store credit does not lock in product pricing and does not reserve inventory.
At enrollment, the client selects a product to be purchased once the applicable purchase threshold is met. The client may change the selected product at any time before an automatic purchase is triggered. Changing the selected product recalculates the required purchase threshold based on the current market price and associated costs of the newly selected product. Once an automatic purchase is executed, the product selection becomes final and cannot be changed.
Section 3: Risk Allocation, Program Changes, and Legal Protections
Coins Online reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Stack and Ship Program at any time. Once an automatic purchase is executed, the transaction is final. No refunds, cancellations, substitutions, or exchanges are permitted.
These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Participation in the Coins Online Stack and Ship Program constitutes full acceptance of these Program Terms.
